Summary
We are looking for a driven team leader who is responsible for managing and guiding a team. In this role, you ensure efficient work organization, motivation and development of team members, and the achievement of set goals. You are a strong communicator, result-oriented and have a hands-on mentality.
Tasks
- Leading and motivating the team to deliver optimal performance
- Assigning tasks and ensuring a good division of work
- Monitoring the progress and quality of work
- Ensuring effective communication within the team and with other departments
- Identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement and anticipating them
- Support in the development and training of team members
- Reporting on performance and progress to management
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in leadership and ownership or team management
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written, other lenguages are a pre.
- Result-oriented with a proactive attitude
- Flexible and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of relevant processes and working methods within the organization is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years' of experience as Team Leader in the Logistics system
- You are easily adaptable to a new environment and processes
- You are available full time 40 hours a week, weekends and night shift when necessary
- You are in possession of the forklift driver license
Salaris: €3.378,13 - €3.501,75 per maand
