As Restaurant Manager of Floor17, you are responsible for the daily operation and performance of the restaurant. You lead your team, ensure excellent service and create unforgettable guest experiences.
You are hands-on, commercially driven and always looking for ways to improve quality, efficiency and results. Together with the kitchen team, you continuously strengthen the concept and elevate the guest journey.
You coach and motivate your team, create a positive working environment and take ownership of planning, targets and performance.

We only choose the best and most responsible products. The fish comes from our own North Sea, the meat from the Vechtdal, the bread is from Amsterdam and spices from far and wide. You have completed a relevant MBO or HBO education

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial F&B role
