Technical Trainer Specialist – Automated Logistics Systems

Your role
- As a Technical Trainer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining the technical competencies of our Maintenance Technicians and Team Leads.
- Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering and coordinating technical training programs in the areas of NEN 3140, Electrical Switching Operations, and Mechanical Engineering
- Providing classroom training, onboarding courses, refresher training, and practical instruction
- Coordinating and maintaining all training-related administration and documentation
- Monitoring training quality and recording assessment and certification results
- Supporting the achievement of training objectives and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of training programs and learning materials
- Acting as the primary point of contact and technical mentor for trainees and participants
What We Are Looking For
- Completed MBO Level 4 qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline
- Experience within an industrial production, manufacturing, or technical environment
- Proven experience in delivering training, coaching, or mentoring employees
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to maintain oversight of multiple activities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate groups of learners
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
