Lead the daily operations of the store to ensure excellent presentation, smooth processes and a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
Drive sales performance by coaching the team, setting clear targets, monitoring KPIs and acting on insights to improve results.
Recruit, train and develop store colleagues; create schedules, manage rotas and ensure optimal staffing for peak times.
Own stock management and inventory procedures, including stock counts, replenishment and loss prevention measures.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute local store windows, displays and product placements in line with brand guidelines.
Deliver exceptional customer service and manage customer issues with a solution-oriented approach.
Organise and host in-store events and community activities to strengthen local brand presence.
Complete administrative tasks, sales reporting and cash handling procedures accurately and on time.
Proven retail management experience, typically 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
Passionate about the MR MARVIS brand, presentation and customer experience.
Strong leader who can motivate, develop and coach a diverse team with a positive and hands-on approach.
Commercially minded with experience working to targets and using KPIs to drive performance.
Organised, reliable and able to balance operational duties with people management.
Excellent communicator in English and Dutch.
Comfortable with retail technology and basic reporting tools.
Available to work 40 hours per week including one day in the weekend.
For non-Europeans, a valid working permit for the Netherlands is required.
