ERP SAVVY is seeking an experienced and Dutch-speaking SAP FICO Consultant to support a long-term S/4HANA transformation program in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules, with a strong understanding of local Dutch financial regulations and integration with Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the implementation and optimization of SAP FICO modules in an S/4HANA environment
- Configure and enhance submodules including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-CCA, CO-PCA, and COPA
- Collaborate with OTC teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes with sales and distribution
- Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications
- Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and cutover activities
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Dutch financial and tax regulations
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO, including at least 2+ years in S/4HANA
- Proven track record of full-cycle SAP implementations and rollouts
- Strong understanding of Dutch statutory and tax requirements
- Experience integrating FICO with OTC, MM, and SD modules
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Dutch; professional proficiency in English is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Central Finance (CFIN) and SAP Public Cloud
- Familiarity with tools like SAP BTP, Fiori, and SSCUI
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
