Do you know how to manage complex projects effectively from both organizational and societal perspectives? Are you strategically strong, politically sensitive, and able to maintain oversight at all times? Then the role of IPM Manager Environment is an exciting challenge for you.
As an IPM Manager Environment, you are integrally responsible within the IPM team for everything related to the project's environment. You ensure that projects remain administratively, legally, and socially feasible.
You are a full-fledged member of the IPM core team and engage at a strategic level with clients, municipalities, provinces, water boards, and other stakeholders. In your role, you lead the environmental domain and manage a team of environment managers.
You clearly identify environmental risks and ensure that they are integrally incorporated into planning, contracts, and project management. You recognize administrative and societal sensitivities and know when to adjust or escalate.
In addition, you are responsible for strategically coordinating environmental aspects such as permits, prerequisite studies, and participation. You ensure these components are embedded within the contract and execution of the project. You also play an important role in guiding and developing environment managers within the project, ensuring knowledge sharing and professional growth.
In short: you are the strategic link between the project and its environment, ensuring that projects are not only technically but also socially successful.
