As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you play a key role in supporting TANATEX's commercial growth through high-quality marketing execution.

Working closely with Sales, Product Management and Business Units, you help bring our products, concepts and campaigns to market. You translate technical information into clear, compelling marketing materials and support the execution of country plans, product launches and commercial initiatives.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content, coordinating projects and making sure marketing delivers real value to the business.

Key responsibilities

Commercial Marketing

Support the execution of regional marketing plans aligned with commercial priorities.
Contribute to marketing campaigns, customer events and commercial activations.
Coordinate marketing activities that support strategic customers and key accounts.

Sales Enablement & Content Creation

Develop presentations, brochures, handouts, advertisements and other commercial marketing materials.
Create customer cases, application stories and technical marketing content.
Support the preparation and execution of new product launches, including launch materials and internal communication.
Work closely with Product Management to translate technical product information into customer-focused messaging.

Digital Marketing & Communication

Maintain and improve website content.
Manage and develop LinkedIn and other digital communication channels.
Support SEO initiatives and contribute to improving our online visibility.
Help create engaging content that strengthens our market position.

Brand & Marketing Operations

Safeguard the consistent application of the TANATEX brand identity across all marketing materials.
Coordinate day-to-day marketing requests from internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with external agencies, designers and suppliers where required.
Help organize and support trade fairs, events and other marketing activities.

What we are looking for

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
Strong affinity with content creation and commercial marketing.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Affinity with website management, LinkedIn and SEO.
Well-organized, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A team player who enjoys working with colleagues across different departments and countries.
