As a Key Account Manager Fleet Mobility, you'll become a trusted partner to medium and large fleet customers, combining commercial expertise with consultative relationship building to deliver long-term value. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you'll help shape tailored mobility solutions that support business growth while contributing to a more connected and sustainable transport industry.
What You’ll Do

Build and grow relationships with new and existing medium and large fleet customers across the Netherlands, identifying opportunities to expand our Total Mobility offering.

Develop strategic account plans, understand customers' business challenges, and create tailored value propositions that address their operational needs.

Drive business development by identifying new prospects, managing a healthy sales pipeline, following up on leads, and supporting tender opportunities.

Act as the primary point of contact for your customers, ensuring a seamless experience by coordinating with Sales, Service, Network, and technical experts.

Monitor account performance, demonstrate the value of our products and solutions, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and long-term partnerships.

Stay close to market trends, customer developments, and competitive activity, translating insights into actions that strengthen customer success and business growth.

Share your expertise by providing product guidance, delivering customer training where appropriate, and coordinating specialist support whenever needed.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in Key Account Management, B2B sales, or business development, ideally within the automotive, transport, mobility, or commercial vehicle industry.

A relationship-driven professional who enjoys understanding customers' businesses and building trust through collaboration.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and deliver sustainable business growth.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage decision-makers at different organizational levels.

A proactive, organized, and customer-focused mindset, with experience managing multiple accounts and priorities.

An analytical approach, using market insights and customer data to develop impactful account strategies.

Fluency in Dutch and English, together with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the Netherlands.
