We are currently looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planner for a
full-time opportunity in the Netherlands. This role is suitable for a business-oriented professional who
understands supply chain processes, data structures, and ERP environments · without being a technical
BI developer.
Position Overview
The Supply Chain Business & Systems Analyst will focus on translating business needs into structured
requirements, supporting customers as a Subject Matter Expert, and bridging the gap between business
and technical teams. Strong professional communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Process Analysis
- Analyze supply chain processes (planning, forecasting, procurement, operations)
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
- Quickly understand differences between business needs and system capabilities
- Translate operational requirements into clear functional documentation
2. KPI & Data Understanding
- Define and maintain KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders
- Understand data flows and reporting logic
- Work closely with technical teams to explain business logic behind dashboards
- Validate reports and ensure they align with business objectives
- Use Excel effectively for analysis and validation
3. Forecasting & Performance Support
- Support forecasting processes and demand planning discussions
