With Avantor Fluid Handling, you’ll be part of Europe’s leading distributor of laboratory products. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll develop within a dynamic industry while strengthening customer relationships and enhancing the service experience. In this role, you will be the key link between Avantor and its Biopharma customers, building and maintaining strong partnerships. You’ll work in a skilled, collaborative team and engage closely with colleagues across purchasing, logistics to ensure smooth support for our customers.
What we’re looking for
Education: MBO/ Bachelor’s degree in Administration or similar field
Experience: Several years of applicable experience in a customer service role
Preferred Qualifications:
Good organization and time management skills
Strong communication skills in English, and good level of Dutch is required
Proficiency in MS Office Suite including MS Excel
Knowledge of Exact, Epicor or similar ERP system is a plus
Good business understanding and ability to grasp company processes and routines
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking and problem solving
Motivated to learn, curious, and engaged
Solid collaboration skills and a positive attitude

Owns the customer request and experience from initiation to conclusion
Manage inbound customer communication regarding service status, orders, and issues
Coordinate and expedite customer orders, ensuring timely resolution of challenges and accurate documentation
Oversee the order processing, from initial entry through to final shipping, guaranteeing smooth and efficient processing
Maintain comprehensive records and documentation to uphold operational efficiency, compliance standards, and organizational integrity.
