We're leveraging our expertise in cloud architecture, data engineering, and AI platforms to help our clients make data-driven decisions with confidence. Our Technology & Innovation team is growing, and we are looking for a Manager Cloud & AI Platforms who loves building things and solving technical problems hands-on, while also guiding a small project team. You’ll design and implement Cloud and AI solutions yourself, contribute code and architecture decisions, and mentor team members along the way. As a Manager, you will translate complex business needs into technical strategies, lead client engagements end-to-end, and ensure that every initiative we deliver is impactful, reliable, and future-proof.
You'll be part of a true collective, working alongside consultants, data engineers, and AI specialists, while also acting as a mentor and guide for junior team members, to deliver impact-driven solutions.
Where you’ll make an impact
Technical Project Ownership

Translate complex business needs into technical solutions and strategies

Design and build data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and AI platform integrations

Take ownership of client engagements focused on Data Engineering and AI

Guide senior stakeholders on cloud-based and AI-driven applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security

Contribute to project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely outcomes
Grow Client Relationships

Partner with clients by establishing trusted relationships, understanding client priorities and challenges, and owning the smooth delivery and long-term success of projects

Contribute to client account development by identifying growth opportunities and supporting proposal efforts

Reflect ADC’s values in all client interactions
Enable and support your team

Inspire, support, and mentor consultants in your project team, helping to set high standards while growing your own leadership skills along the way
- Represent ADC in thought leadership and knowledge-sharing forums
What You Bring

5+ years of experience in Data and Cloud Engineering, ideally gained in consulting or project-based work

A solid foundation in AI applications and platforms, modern cloud platforms and data architectures

A solid understanding of the Data & AI landscape - you know how to speak with both technical and business audiences
-
Comfortable understanding the strategy & business context behind the technical problems you solve
-
Demonstrated leadership potential, with the ability to motivate, coach, and guide team members
-
The ability to communicate with anyone in the room, breaking down complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences
-
A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset: you’re eager to solve problems, innovate, and drive change

A collaborative spirit: You believe the best solutions come from diverse perspectives and supporting each other to raise the bar
