Together with the machine operators, you are responsible for perfect production.

You assist the machine operators with the punching and folding/gluing process, allowing them to perform their work optimally.

You ensure the supply and removal of the correct materials.

You help with setting up the machine and breaking out the punched sheets.

Together with the machine operators, you also perform maintenance on the machine.
The client, located in Zoetermeer, is a true specialist in sustainable folding carton packaging. They design and produce consumer packaging for both the food and non-food sectors. With approximately 25 employees, they work with modern machines and adhere to high quality and sustainability standards.

You have an affinity for technology and production processes.

You are eager to learn and have an eye for quality.

You can work well in a team and are stress-resistant.

You are available full-time (38 hours) and willing to work in a 2-shift schedule (from 6:00 to 14:30 & 14:15 to 22:45).

Experience in a production environment is a plus, but not a must!

You speak Dutch and/or English at a minimum B1 level.

You can independently reach the location in Zoetermeer (e.g., by your own transport, public transport, or bicycle).

An education to become a fully-fledged professional.

You'll work with super modern machines in a small and close-knit team in Zoetermeer.

A good starting salary between €15,73 and €16,94 gross per hour.

On top of that, you'll receive an 18% shift allowance for a 2-shift schedule.
