At CSi, we're looking for a Service Engineer to join our Lifecycle Services team, a group of passionate specialists dedicated to keeping our customers' systems performing at their best, 24/7.
As a Service Engineer, you'll take ownership, both technically and commercially, of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) projects and service contracts. You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers experience seamless service, optimal system performance, and long-term reliability.
You'll work at the heart of our service operation, collaborating with sales, customers, and contractors to deliver high-quality solutions.

Supporting the sales process by contributing technical, planning, and cost input for service proposals

Managing and coordinating after-sales service orders (inspections, maintenance, upgrades, warranty work)

Taking ownership of service and inspection contracts and ensuring successful delivery

Procuring materials and managing external contractors on-site

Controlling budgets, margins, and financial performance of your projects

Identifying opportunities for follow-up work and preparing quotations

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

Ensuring accurate project documentation and smooth project closure

A technical MBO qualification with HBO-level thinking and working

Experience in a similar role within a project-based organisation (industrial automation is a strong advantage)

Confidence in handling technical and organisational complexity

Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (German is a bonus)

A proactive mindset with excellent organisation skills

The ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure

Experience with Ultimo (MMSS) is a plus
