Grand Café De Lichttoren is located in one of Eindhoven’s most iconic buildings, right in the heart of the city centre. It’s a vibrant place where guests come for coffee, lunch, drinks, dinner, as well as regular events and group dinners.
As a Chef de Partie / Independent Cook at Grand Café De Lichttoren, you play a key role in our kitchen and help ensure the team runs smoothly with your passion for the profession. You prepare dishes for lunch, dinner and events, always with an eye for flavour, presentation and the quality of our fresh ingredients. Together with your colleagues, you make sure the kitchen operates efficiently, while also contributing ideas for new dishes and surprising menu concepts that keep our guests coming back.

This is you
As a Chef de Partie / Independent Cook you are passionate about cooking, work in an organised way and keep your workplace clean and tidy, while enjoying working as part of a team.
- You have completed a relevant professional culinary qualification and/or have experience working in a kitchen
- With a hands-on mentality, you are flexible and willing to step in when needed, including evenings and weekends
- You have knowledge of health & safety and HACCP regulations
- You speak Dutch and/or English
