Our Rental team consists of two attorneys, a legal assistant, and a team assistant (legal secretary). Together, we assist our clients with all kinds of tenancy law issues. For example, we business owners draft or review lease agreements, advise on subleasing, lease termination, and rent reviews, and litigate cases involving defects, nuisance, or the termination of lease agreements.
Our clients are mainly companies that lease or rent property, such as large retailers, investors, and corporations. They know where to find us for questions about commercial space, residential space, and movable property.
In addition, we deal with current issues including the Fixed-Term Lease Act, the Affordable Rent Act, and recent case law concerning rent adjustment clauses. But also topics such as housing and care, leasing and franchising, and sustainability.
