Role Overview
Are you passionate about (Korean) skincare and excited to create visually compelling emails and web content? Do you have an eye for detail, a strong design sense, and a drive to bring ideas to life? If you're creative, organized, and ready to grow your skills in a fast-paced ecommerce environment, you might be the Junior Graphic Designer we’re looking for!
Who are we?
We are a young online webshop, based in Eindhoven, specialized in Korean skincare and makeup products. We sell over 2500 products from more than 100 different brands. We’re now looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support our design team in crafting strong visual content that connects with our customers.
What will you be doing?
- Design engaging visuals to support campaigns, blog posts, and educational content.
- Design marketing emails and automated flows in Klaviyo that match our visual identity and marketing goals.
- Maintain and improve Shopify system emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, etc.) for a seamless customer experience.
- Create and update landing pages and blogs using tools like GemPages.
- Collaborate with the translation team to ensure your designs are accurately localized.
- Work closely with our creative, social media, and marketing teams to maintain visual consistency across all channels.
Who are you?
- You live in/close to Eindhoven.
- You have at least 2 years of related experience.
- You work excellently in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
- You have completed an MBO/HBO degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Visual Communications.
- You have experience with Klaviyo and Shopify page builders (GemPages, PageFly, Shogun, or similar).
- You master the English language, especially in writing.
- You’re familiar with the full content creation process, from concept to delivery.
- You’re up to date with trends in skincare, cosmetics, design, and ecommerce.
- You are creative, enthusiastic, flexible, motivated and commercially minded.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
