What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Junior Creative Designer, you'll help bring the Beyond Sports brand to life across a wide variety of marketing channels and touchpoints.
Working closely with the Marketing Lead, social media team, and other colleagues across the business, you'll create engaging visual content that supports everything from social campaigns and website content to sales materials, events, and internal communications.
One day you might be designing social media assets and video visuals for an upcoming campaign. The next, you could be creating website imagery, refreshing presentation templates, or developing branded assets for an industry event.
You'll have the opportunity to contribute your own creative ideas and help shape how our brand continues to evolve. Because we're a small, collaborative team, your work will have visible impact across the entire business.
From campaign visuals and client-facing materials to merchandise and event branding, you'll play an important role in ensuring everything we create feels polished, consistent, and unmistakably Beyond Sports.

Your Background
You don't need to tick every box, but we're generally looking for:
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Creative Media, or similar
1–2 years of professional design experience (agency, in-house, freelance, or strong internship experience)
A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling
Experience creating assets for digital channels, social media, websites, and presentations
Proficiency with creative design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working and collaborating in an English-speaking team
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
Experience with motion graphics or video editing
Interest in sports, technology, or entertainment
Experience creating visual content for events or employer branding
Familiarity with web design principles
