We are looking for a proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our growing operations and ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the daily processing of orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Support sales and management in their daily duties, including task coordination and administrative assistance.
- Perform booking of invoices and payments.
- Ensure the flow of orders is maintained, coordinating transport.
- Coordinate with relevant teams or suppliers to fulfill orders efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
