Play a key role in strengthening leadership, culture and collaboration

RouteVision is entering a new phase of professionalisation and growth. As a strategic HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and owning the HR agenda and supporting the leadership team to build a strong, future ready organisation.
This is a strategic and hands on role, partnering closely with the Management Team to strengthen leadership capability, organisational effectiveness, culture, and engagement - while ensuring a robust and compliant HR foundation.
You will act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, translating business priorities into clear people strategies and initiatives that enable sustainable performance and growth. You will also be part of a wider international HR community, providing access to shared expertise, collaboration and development.
People Strategy and Business Partnership
Lead and implement the people strategy for RouteVision, aligned with business priorities and group direction
Act as a strategic sparring partner to the Management Team on workforce planning, organisational development, performance and talent topics
Provide HR / People data, analysis and insights to support leadership decision making and business performance
Leadership, Talent and Capability
Strengthen leadership capability through coaching, feedback and targeted development initiatives
Guide talent attraction, onboarding, development and retention to ensure a strong employee experience
Support succession planning and long-term capability building
Support leaders in embedding a coaching mindset and clear accountability for performance
Culture, Engagement and Wellbeing
Support and champion a strong, values led culture that fosters collaboration, ownership and engagement
Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, analysis and follow through on actions
Drive wellbeing and vitality initiatives in partnership with leaders and external providers
Organisational Development and Change
Support organisational design and role clarity as the business evolves
Lead and facilitate change initiatives, workshops and team sessions to embed new ways of working
Policy, Compliance and Risk
Ensure compliance with Dutch and EU labour legislation, including the Wet verbetering poortwachter
Own and coordinate RI&E processes and collaborate with occupational health services
Maintain and evolve HR policies and employee handbooks for the Netherlands and Belgium
Proactively identify HR and people related risks and advise on mitigation strategies

Operational Excellence and HR Foundations
Ensure smooth delivery of core HR processes, including recruitment support, onboarding, offboarding and absence management
Oversee personnel administration and payroll changes (payroll outsourced)
Provide clear, pragmatic HR guidance to employees and managers
Enjoy partnering with leaders and influencing outcomes
Can balance long-term strategy with practical execution
Are comfortable operating in a growing, evolving organisation
Take ownership and bring clarity in complex people matters Lead through trust, empathy and professionalism
Experience in a Senior HR Partner or HR leadership role
Strong knowledge of the Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter)
Experience with organisational development, leadership support and change management
Ability to use HR data and insights to inform decisions
Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch highly desirable)

Salary: €5,000 - €5,500 gross per month (based on a 40 hour work week) (€60k - €66k FTE)
