We are recruiting an Senior HR Advisor to provide administration and advisory support to the HR function and wider business that ensures an effective and efficient service delivery is provided to internal and external customers.

Your challenge
- Support of managers in planning and implementing the People Plan within a business or business unit
- Investigation and resolution of complex generalist queries requiring business knowledge and face-to-face handling
- Provision of independent HR support for employee relations cases and with more complex case management
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse of exit data
- Regular reporting from Success Factors as appropriate for the wider HR team
- Production of letters and correspondence to employees and appropriate filing of the correspondence
- Support attendance at interviews as required
- Support with SAP reporting and conduct of necessary actions through the HR transactions
