Team Social Security is part of team HR Legal within the corporate department of Wageningen University & Research. Within our social security team we are looking for an employee social security to support the Advisors of the social security team. Team Social Security advices the organization and (ex)employees on social benefits, complex sick leave, pensions, insurances, recourse damages, governmental grants and policy on these topics.
Your work location will be hybrid and from Atlas in Wageningen, where you work alongside your colleagues of team HR Legal.
As Employee Social Security you will be co-responsible for the administration and support tasks within the Social Security domain. Additionally, you also provide advice on content-related matters regarding simple issues. You will also take care of the administrative tasks of the design and implementation of the obligations that come with own risk bearing (Eigen Risico Dragerschap). Next to that you will report and coordinate together with the (sr.) Social Security advisor and the Coach Social Security on ZW, WW and WGA.

Responsible for registry and follow up of all (ex-) employees in WW, ZW, WGA trajectories;

Responsible for processing the billing process regarding all own risk bearing obligations WW, ZW & WGA(Eigen Risico Dragerschap);

Mail handling; shared mailbox management and processing mail from UWV (via post and digitally);
-
Communication and advice; communication with the UWV, co-responsibility for DigiZSM, keeping the intranet page up-to-date, providing internal communication and advice towards the different teams about law and legislations or basic advice around social benefits, governmental grants and sickleave;

Execute and monitoring the process of CRTV (compensatie regeling Transitie vergoeding);

Monitoring; the process after ZANU conferment, 60+ decision UWV and LKV (Loonkortingsvoordeel);
-
Administrative support; for the process of decourse damages, insurances, social benefits, invoices and pensions.
You have strong communicational and analytical skills. You are good at monitoring and chasing progress. Next to that you are a team player and have integrity. You are accurate, service orientated and can work with a healthy dose of challenges.
You also possess:

Qualification level MBO+ (and/or qualification in related area);

Work experience minimum of 3 years in related area (Social Security law & legislation);

Current knowledge of relevant law & legislation in related area;
-
Fluent in Dutch and English (vocally & written)
