Leading the full opening and operational setup of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and Reservations.
Ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction across all rooms‑related departments.
Recruiting, training, motivating, and managing the Rooms Division team.
Developing operational procedures, service standards, and quality‑control systems for the hotel opening.
Monitoring departmental budgets, labor planning, cost control, and productivity.
Overseeing room inventory, rate management coordination, and collaboration with Revenue Management.
Ensuring compliance with brand standards, health & safety regulations, and local legislation.
Handling guest feedback, VIP arrangements, and service recovery processes.
Identifying opportunities for improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency within the Rooms Division.
