Marketing & Events Manager

We're looking for a highly organised Marketing & Events Manager to help us execute marketing initiatives and create memorable experiences for our partners, clients, and team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves bringing ideas to life, managing multiple projects, and ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. From planning conference attendance and organising company events to coordinating campaigns and merchandise, you'll play a key role in helping The Fellas continue its rapid growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that support business growth
- Own and manage our conference and event calendar
- Coordinate sponsorships, exhibitions, and industry events
- Organise company celebrations, team-building activities, and internal events
- Manage merchandise and gifting projects from concept through delivery
- Support employer branding initiatives through content and campaigns
- Coordinate website, social media, and marketing activities
- Work closely with management and external partners to ensure successful execution of projects
- Monitor campaign and event performance and identify opportunities for improvement
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, events, project management, or a similar role
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing events or conferences
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and spoken English
- A proactive attitude and ownership mindset
- Available for 24hr per week

- Experience in affiliate or performance marketing
- Experience attending or organising industry conferences
- Skills in content creation, social media, design, or video
- Experience with merchandise, gifting, or employer branding initiatives
