You bring the following: - A completed HBO/WO degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field, along with several years of experience in a production or assembly environment - You gain energy from tackling complex challenges on a project basis - You have strong communication skills and are proficient in stakeholder management - You know how to professionally adapt to different types of organizations and, as an employeneur, bring a fresh perspective to daily operations with our clients - You have relevant work experience in a comparable technical role, preferably in a machining or assembly production environment - You value getting satisfaction from your workday - You are proficient in Dutch and English, and any additional language is a nice bonus.
