Als food runner bij Castelluccio zorg jij ervoor dat gerechten snel, netjes en op het juiste moment bij de gasten aankomen. Jij bent de verbindende factor tussen keuken en bediening en speelt een grote rol in het tempo en de kwaliteit van de service.
Hoe ziet jouw avond bij Castelluccio eruit?
Om 17:00 uur start je samen met het team. Je checkt je werkplek, voorraad en bereid je station voor op de avond. Zodra de eerste gerechten klaar zijn, breng jij deze uit met oog voor detail en gastvrijheid.
Tijdens de piek van de avond is het restaurant volop in beweging. Ondertussen komen er ook bestellingen binnen voor bezorging die jij verzamelt en inpakt om de deur uit te gaan met een bezorger.
Jij loopt veel, houdt overzicht, communiceert met de keuken en helpt waar nodig met het afruimen en opnieuw indekken van tafels. Dankzij jouw inzet kunnen de bediening en keuken optimaal hun werk doen.
Rond 22:00, het einde van de avond help je mee met opruimen en je werkplek schoonmaken voor de volgende dag.

Functie-eisen
- Je bent betrouwbaar en komt je afspraken na.
- Je werkt gestructureerd, houdt overzicht en communiceert rustig en duidelijk, ook tijdens drukke momenten.
- Je bent enthousiast, positief en flexibel ingesteld.
- Je hebt een proactieve werkhouding en denkt in oplossingen.
- Ervaring is fijn, maar niet vereist, wij leren je graag onze werkwijze.
- Je bent flexibel beschikbaar in de avonden en weekenden (met name op zaterdagen) van 17:00 tot 22:00 uur.
- Je bent minimaal 2 zaterdagen beschikbaar en flexibel inzetbaar tijdens feestdagen.

As a food runner at Castelluccio, you make sure that dishes reach our guests quickly, neatly, and at exactly the right moment. You are the connecting link between the kitchen and the service team and play an important role in the speed and quality of our service.
What does your evening at Castelluccio look like?
At 5:00 PM, you start together with the team. You check your workstation, supplies, and prepare your station for the evening. As soon as the first dishes are ready, you deliver them to the tables with attention to detail and a strong sense of hospitality.
During the busiest part of the evening, the restaurant is full of energy. At the same time, delivery orders come in, which you collect and pack so they can be sent out with a delivery driver.
You walk a lot, keep a clear overview, communicate closely with the kitchen, and help where needed by clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests. Thanks to your efforts, both the service and kitchen teams can perform at their best.
Around 10:00 PM, as the evening comes to an end, you help clean up and prepare your workstation for the next day.

- Experience is a plus, but not required, we are happy to teach you our way of working.
- You are flexibly available in the evenings and on weekends (especially Saturdays) from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- You are available for at least two Saturdays per month and flexible during holidays.
