What to Expect
The Sales and Delivery Sales Operations leader is responsible for driving sales strategy and support for the West EMEA (France + Benelux markets) field organization. The leader will build a high performing team and coach them to solve complex problems and support West EMEA field teams. They will shape operational standards, demand generation and drive adoption of best practices. The sales operations leader will regularly report on West EMEA results at the executive level and advocate for support needed to achieve results. They will partner with and influence leaders across multiple lines of business, including but not limited to Country Leads, EMEA central teams, Finance teams etc.

Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team

Directly manage and oversee regional teams: analytics, sales & delivery training, fleet coordination

Set clear team targets and individual goals; hold their team accountable by driving performance management

Create a culture of employee engagement and recognition
DRIVE STRATEGIC BUSINESS PLANNING

Execute daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly strategies to hit Sales & Delivery targets and drive profitability

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including demand planning, logistics and others to shapre Sales & Delivery strategy for West EMEA region

Own high impact, critical processes like target setting for field teams, sales programs coordination and rollout or cross functional high impact projects
CREATE OPERATIONAL STANDARDS

Create and execute operational standards to ensure consistency and efficiency

Influence leaders and teams by making actionable and impactful business recommendations

Keep broader West EMEA leadership team constantly informed about roadmap, priorities and expected deliverables
What You'll Bring-
Strong sales and/or delivery background

Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adhere to business-critical deadlines

Innovative and unfazed by change, hungry to learn, resourceful, and effective at using data, logic, and instincts to identify problems and execute solutions

Successful history of building relationships; evidence of being a well-respected, trusted partner with a dedicated and ethical approach to management and operations

Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication, and sales skills
