"Summe" is the latest concept in fashionable secondhand clothing retail that will open in Deventer late September
As part of the Boer Group and alongside the successful ‘RIOT’ concept in Belgium, we are known for selling great quality secondhand clothing particularly focusing on current styles and trends
Because of this we are looking for a:
STORE MANAGER
Energy, experience and an autonomous approach to sales and team management are all required to drive this store
As store manager you are ultimately responsible for the maintenance, development and growth of the team and sales
Responsible for the mentoring, coaching, and development of your local sales team, managing stock, visual merchandising and maintaining the quality and image of the store and brand
Fundamentally the ‘go to’ person for all matters related to your store, you will be doing this in direct cooperation with, and support of, the regional retail manager and our Rotterdam head office
- 38 hours per week, including weekends
- responsible with a hands-on mentality
- fashion & clothing enthusiast and passionate about retail
- excellent communication skills
- knowledge of the English and Dutch language
- familiar with online and social media communications
- visual merchandising and stock management skills
- planning, administration and organizational skills
- leadership and teamwork skills
- customer, team and results focused
Being a second hand clothing company we have a less formal approach than most fashion retailers but that doesn't mean we approach our customer differently;
- are you willing to be the ‘go to’ person for this store, contribute ideas but even more importantly follow them through?
