In the role of Team Lead Operations, you will lead a sub-process within the operation, specifically in the Inbound department. Together with your team, you determine the success of the logistics operations for our client Bijenkorf.
In this role, you will successfully lead the Shipping subprocess. You will be responsible for leading a team of 35 employees. You inspire and motivate your team to set and achieve goals, while actively contributing to their personal and professional development.
As Team Lead Inbound, you will report directly to the Operations Manager. You will work in two shifts at our location in Tilburg.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Leading, coaching, and developing team members, including conducting performance and appraisal reviews;

You will receive a monthly salary between €2.950,- and €3.850,- and 8% holiday allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level), with opportunities for growth and career development within the organization;
