Job Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of offices, commercial buildings, and residential properties.
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize floors and surfaces.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Empty waste bins and replenish hygiene supplies.
- Follow cleaning schedules and company procedures.
- Ensure all work is completed according to quality standards.
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
- Valid GPI and/or VCA certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Must have valid permission to work in the Netherlands.
- English language skills are required (minimum conversational level).
- Dutch language skills are a plus.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome, but conversational English is mandatory.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and workplace instructions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in office cleaning, commercial cleaning, or construction-site cleaning.
- Existing GPI certificate.
- Existing VCA certificate.
- Experience working in international environments.
