Als Maintenance Planner / Werkvoorbereider ben jij de spil tussen techniek en operatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onderhoudswerkzaamheden efficiënt, veilig en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Dankzij jouw voorbereiding en organisatie draaien onze installaties optimaal.

Opstellen van gedetailleerde werkopdrachten voor preventief en correctief onderhoud

Verzorgen van technische documentatie, tekeningen en werkinstructies
-
Zorgen voor tijdige beschikbaarheid van materialen, gereedschappen en spare parts
-
Beoordelen van technische haalbaarheid van werkzaamheden
-
Opstellen en beheren van korte- en langetermijn onderhoudsplanning
-
Afstemmen met productie, inkoop en externe aannemers
-
Monitoren van voortgang van werkorders en bijsturen waar nodig
-
Prioriteren op basis van veiligheid, urgentie en beschikbaarheid
-
Toewijzen van werkzaamheden aan monteurs en contractors
-
Matchen van capaciteit en competenties aan de juiste taken
-
Eerste aanspreekpunt voor technici bij technische en organisatorische vragen

Waarborgen dat werkzaamheden voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving (Arbowet, ATEX, NEN, PGS)
-
Toepassen van PPG-procedures en kwaliteitsstandaarden
-
Opstellen en controleren van Taak Risico Analyses en werkvergunningen
-
Signaleren en rapporteren van afwijkingen en incidenten
-
Beheren en actualiseren van het CMMS (bijv. SAP PM, Ultimo of Maximo)
-
Registreren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden, storingen en materialen
-
Opstellen van KPI-rapportages (zoals MTTR en MTBF)
-
Bijdragen aan continue verbeterprocessen (RCA, TPM, Lean Maintenance)
-
MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of Technische Bedrijfskunde)

Minimaal 3–5 jaar ervaring in een technische omgeving

Ervaring met onderhoudsplanning en werken met een CMMS
-
Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving (ATEX, NEN 3140, PGS, Arbowet)

Sterk analytisch vermogen en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
-
Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands (Engels is een pré)

Werken bij een internationale en innovatieve organisatie

Een technisch uitdagende functie binnen een professionele productieomgeving

De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in een industriële productieomgeving. De rol bestaat uit een combinatie van kantoorwerk en aanwezigheid op de werkvloer. Het gebruik van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen is verplicht op de werkvloer.
