The Role
As a Host, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and selling and checking-in tickets at our counter in This is Holland. Additionally, you will sell tickets at the quay where our boat departure is. You will be the point of contact for our guests and ensure they have an unforgettable experience during their tour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome Guests: Provide a warm and friendly reception for guests, making them feel immediately welcome.
- Checking-in: Responsible for checking-in ticket at the quay or at our counter in This is Holland.
- Sell Drinks: Responsible for selling and serving drinks and snacks( does this mean the catering boats?) on board while offering excellent service.
- Sell Tickets: Responsible for ticket sales at the quay or at our counter in This is Holland.
- Communicate with Guests: As the face of the company, you will be the point of contact for guests, providing information about the tour, the surroundings, and any additional services.
- Create a Cozy Atmosphere: Ensure a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. This includes engaging with guests and answering their questions.
- Collaborate with the Driver or Captain: Work closely with the driver or captain to guarantee a safe and efficient tour, providing guests with the best experience.
- Clean and Maintain: Help keep the workspace clean and ensure everything is in order for the next visitors.
- Problem Solving: Respond quickly and efficiently to any questions or issues that may arise during the cruise to ensure a positive guest experience.

- availability to work up to 5 days a week, included weekends and holidays
- Languages: Fluent English required. Fluency in at least one of the following languages is requested: Spanish, Italian, French, German, or Portuguese.
