What will you be doing as a Junior Account Manager?
As a Junior Account Manager, you are the link between People2.0 and our clients. You build strong relationships and translate client needs into practical improvements.
- Maintain proactive and meaningful relationships with stakeholders, ensuring trust and continuity in the partnership.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ operations and identify opportunities to improve processes and performance.
- Advise clients on their services, organisational structure, and commercial approach.
- Support clients in implementing best practices and ensure processes align with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Identify commercial opportunities and contribute ideas for expanding or optimising services.
- Conduct regular reviews and client meetings to discuss performance, progress, and improvement opportunities.
- Proactively address questions and challenges, ensuring timely and appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate internally with teams such as HR, Payroll, Legal, and Operations to deliver the best possible service.
- Monitor service quality and drive improvements where required.

Essential experience:
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Experience advising clients and translating business needs into effective solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- A problem-solving and results-oriented approach.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to influence and engage others.
Desirable experience:
- An understanding of how organisations within the labour market and staffing industry operate.
- Knowledge of HR and employment law.
