At Catawiki, we believe that everyone has something to contribute. As our Learning & Development Intern, you won't just be shadowing meetings; you'll be the engine behind how we welcome and grow our talent. This is your "first real job," where you'll transition from academic theory to driving actual impact in a fast-paced scale-up. You will be a fully integrated member of the L&D team, working closely with Talent Management to shape the "Catawikian" experience from day one.
- Own the DNA Week Experience: Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless and inspiring transition for every new Catawiki hire.
- Drive Intern Community & Events: Partner with the Talent Acquisition Intern to build a thriving intern community through dedicated events and networking opportunities.
- Own Learning Analytics: Record data on courses, programs and different types of learning sessions as well as maintain and evolve our L&D dashboards, turning data into insights that help us measure the success of our programs.
- Develop Educational Content: Support the creation of learning materials and slide decks that make complex topics easy to digest for our 700+ employees.
- Think Critically & Iterate: Use feedback from new hires and stakeholders to constantly refine our onboarding. Identify problems and be part of the solutions. Green
- Create and maintain documentation: Redact and maintain documentation related to the L&D tasks and responsibilities.
- Prioritize and organise L&D tasks: manage training and session planning across different calendars while keeping L&D priorities top of mind.

- Academic Background: You are currently studying Educational Sciences, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Instructional Psychology, or a related field and are eager to apply your knowledge to a business setting.

- Data Literate: You are comfortable with Google Sheets and have an eye for detail when it comes to reporting and dashboards.

Our vibrant offices in Amsterdam, Paris and Lisbon are designed to inspire collaboration. Most Catawikians operate in a hybrid setup, combining office-based and remote work, with a minimum of two days per week in the office, unless a role is explicitly stated as fully remote or fully office-based.
