Position Summary
The Indirect Procurement Specialist is responsible for supporting the procurement of indirect goods and services, ensuring efficient purchasing processes, supplier management, and accurate procurement reporting. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to support business operations while maintaining cost control and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement activities for indirect categories, including office services, facilities, IT, professional services, travel, and other business-related purchases.
Source suppliers, obtain quotations, conduct price comparisons, and support supplier selection.
Create and track purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
Maintain supplier relationships and support contract negotiations and renewals.
Monitor procurement spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare regular procurement reports, spend analysis, supplier performance reports, and management dashboards.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and approval processes.
Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional European languages are a plus.
