This September, I'm organising the first ȘATRA gathering in Amsterdam.
The name comes from the Roma tradition of a "șatră" - a gathering, a travelling community where people came together around the same fire to share music, food, stories and life. That feeling of belonging is what inspired this whole idea.
ȘATRA isn't just another event. It's about creating a community where people from different cultures come together through music, art, food and genuine human connection.
I'm not looking for someone to simply promote an event. I'd love to find someone who wants to capture the journey behind it, the artists, the volunteers, the preparation, the conversations and the moments that make people feel connected.
If you believe that social media can bring people together instead of just collecting views, I think we'd have a lot to talk about.
