As an Energy Transition Consultant, you will advise executive leadership, government stakeholders, and multinational energy operators on capital‑intensive transition strategies. Operating without micromanagement, you will design high‑impact roadmaps, evaluate infrastructure investment opportunities, and guide the deployment of renewable technologies across complex regulatory environments.
You will collaborate with senior decision‑makers to accelerate national and EU‑wide sustainability goals, ensuring alignment between commercial growth, regulatory compliance, and long‑term energy resilience.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop strategic energy‑transition frameworks for large‑scale industrial and public‑sector clients.
- Evaluate EU‑funded infrastructure investment opportunities and decarbonisation pathways.
- Lead cross‑border sustainability programs involving renewable generation, electrification, and grid modernisation.
- Conduct regulatory impact assessments aligned with Dutch and European energy directives.
- Advise C‑level leadership on capital allocation, risk mitigation, and long‑term sustainability strategy.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, policy bodies, and international energy operators.
- Drive innovation in renewable integration, hydrogen adoption, and circular‑economy models.
Required Competencies
- Extensive experience in energy transition, sustainability strategy, or renewable infrastructure.
