Webster Leiden Campus, an international campus of Webster University USA, an accredited, private, nonprofit American university, is looking for a proactive, people-oriented, and professional Assistant Facilities Manager who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and takes pride in keeping facilities running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Facilities Management
- Strong personal and communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Living in Leiden or in the area of Leiden
- Able to maintain professional, approachable working relationships
- Flexible and willing to work shifts that may extend to 22:30 pm.
- Hands-on mentality with basic maintenance skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all facility-related inquiries
- Coordinate and liaise with external contractors and service providers
- Perform and oversee repairs and maintenance activities
- Assist with security procedures and first aid responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination/execution of events
