Hotel Mariënhage is growing. This summer, our hotel will expand from 80 to 134 rooms, including a brand-new breakfast restaurant that will become the starting point of every guest's day.
To support this exciting next step, we are looking for a Breakfast Host who enjoys creating memorable mornings and delivering genuine hospitality.
Starting date: August 2026
Your role
As a Breakfast Host, you are one of the first people our guests meet each day.
While Eindhoven is slowly waking up, you make sure everything is ready for a smooth and welcoming breakfast experience. From preparing the buffet and serving fresh coffee to creating a warm atmosphere, you help guests start their day on the right note.
This is more than serving breakfast. You help create the experience guests remember.
What will you do?
- Prepare and present the breakfast buffet
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, personal service
- Keep the breakfast restaurant clean, organized and inviting
- Replenish food and beverage items throughout service
- Ensure breakfast service runs smoothly during busy periods
- Work closely with colleagues from Front Office and Housekeeping
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve the guest experience
What are we looking for?
You enjoy working in the early morning and naturally make people feel welcome.
You are someone who:
- Loves creating great guest experiences
- Has a positive and energetic attitude
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Remains organized and calm during busy moments
- Takes ownership and responsibility
- Speaks English confidently (Dutch is a plus)
- Is available between 25 and 30 hours per week
Previous hospitality experience is welcome, but your personality and attitude matter most.
