The day after that, you’re designing a landing page for a new campaign - and setting up the template system that means the next one takes half the time.
This is the Marketing Designer role at Troostwijk Auctions: varied, cross-channel, and genuinely collaborative. You’re not an order-taker producing assets to a brief - you’re a creative partner who sits in the room when ideas are being formed and helps shape what we make and how we make it. You’ll work across digital and print, contribute to brand development when needed, and play a key role in building the creative processes and systems that help our marketing team work smarter.
You’ll be the creative engine across a wide range of marketing output - from performance-driven paid ads and video to print campaigns and landing pages. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across the business, ideating and executing together rather than working in isolation.
Paid Advertising & Digital
Produce print-ready assets for magazine placements, trade publications, direct mail, and event materials across European markets.
Manage production-ready files with precision: correct specs, bleed, colour profiles, and print supplier requirements.
A versatile portfolio that spans paid advertising, video/motion, print, and digital, ideally with some B2B or performance marketing context.
A proactive, collaborative approach, meaning you contribute ideas in the room, flag problems early, and take ownership of your work end-to-end.
