Room Attendant / Housekeeping Supervisor (Combination Function)
We are looking for a flexible and motivated colleague for a combination role as Room Attendant and Housekeeping Supervisor at NH Den Haag.
In this varied position, you will work approximately 2–3 days per week as a Housekeeping Supervisor and 2–3 days per week as a Room Attendant. You will support the housekeeping team in maintaining high hotel standards while also taking responsibility for supervising daily operations.

Your Responsibilities As a Room Attendant
- Cleaning and preparing hotel rooms according to hotel standards
- Making beds and changing linens
- Cleaning bathrooms and replenishing guest amenities
- Reporting technical issues or damages
- Ensuring rooms are clean, tidy and guest-ready
As a Housekeeping Supervisor
- Supervising and supporting the housekeeping team
- Inspecting cleaned rooms and public areas
- Assisting with daily planning and task distribution
- Training and guiding new employees
- Monitoring quality standards and productivity
- Communicating with hotel management and housekeeping staff
- Assisting operationally when needed
Working Schedule
- Combination role:
- Approximately 2–3 days per week as Supervisor
- Approximately 2–3 days per week as Room Attendant
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays

Who You Are
- You speak English
- Experience in housekeeping is required
- Experience in a supervisory role is preferred
- You are organized, reliable and proactive
- You have good communication skills
- You are flexible and able to switch between operational and supervisory tasks
- You have an eye for detail and quality
