Your cadetship gives you the chance to turn the knowledge from your maritime education into practical experience on board. You may develop towards a role in dredging or offshore, work on deck or gain experience in the engine room. You will see how a large international crew works together and how your contribution supports major maritime projects. You have the freedom to take initiative while your mentor helps you grow. Your workplace
