The ideal candidate is a hands-on IT professional who combines strong technical knowledge with ownership, sound judgement and a clear focus on reliability, security and user experience.
- Strong hands-on experience managing hybrid IT environments, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, identity, endpoints and core infrastructure.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 E5, Entra ID, Intune, MDM and Autopilot, with the ability to improve configuration, security and adoption.
- Solid understanding of enterprise networking, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi and segmentation, preferably with Cisco or Fortinet
- Experience with backup, recovery, disaster recovery and ransomware resilience; Rubrik experience is a plus.
- Able to take ownership of incidents, changes and improvements, from analysis through to implementation and follow-up.
- Able to lead small to medium-sized IT projects, coordinating planning, stakeholders, vendors, implementation and follow-up.
- Analytical and pragmatic, with the ability to assess performance, cost, risk and business value before recommending improvements.
- Strong service mindset, with a focus on colleague productivity, user experience and practical solutions.
- Comfortable working with vendors and partners, including technical discussions, service quality, licenses, renewals and SLA follow-up.
- Clear communication skills in English and the ability to explain technical topics to both IT and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based service management, information security and compliance principles; ISO 27001 or DORA experience is beneficial.

Relevant certifications are beneficial, but proven hands-on experience and the ability to apply knowledge in practice are valued more.
