- Lead, supervise, and train security personnel while promoting professionalism and high service standards.
- Monitor resort areas, including villas, pools, private beaches, and event spaces, ensuring safety without disrupting the guest experience.
- Respond effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and VIP guest requirements.
- Welcome and escort outside guests to key resort areas, creating a warm and professional first impression.
- Enforce security policies, maintain detailed reports, and conduct routine inspections and patrols.
- Coordinate with local authorities, emergency services, and resort management when required.
- Conduct emergency drills, perform risk assessments, and implement preventive safety measures.
- Proven experience in a security supervisory role, preferably within luxury resorts or high-end hospitality environments.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent observation skills, situational awareness, and discretion when dealing with VIP guests.
- Fluent in English and Dutch; knowledge of Papiamentu and Spanish is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of modern security systems, surveillance technology, and emergency response procedures.
- Relevant certifications are preferred, including:Security License
First Aid / CPR Certification
