Join Tesla's Service Parts Operations team in Amsterdam and play a pivotal role in optimizing our service parts operations across EMEA. As a Service Parts Process Optimization Analyst , you'll dive deep into data to uncover insights, lead process improvements, drive cross-functional projects, and deliver clear, compelling recommendations to senior leaders - all to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure world-class service availability for our customers.

What You'll Do-
Analyze complex operational and business data to identify trends, support cost optimization initiatives, and inform strategic decision-making in service parts operations.
- Design and optimize business processes to drive efficiency gains; create clear process maps and documentation

Lead and manage projects end-to-end with strong autonomy - defining scope, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring on-time delivery of key initiatives.
- Build and deliver high-impact presentations; craft compelling data stories and communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for cost savings, inventory optimization, and operational improvements across service operations.
- Collaborate closely with planning, warehousing, finance, and service teams to align resources, budgets, and execution plans.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by applying structured problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
What You'll Bring-
Proven strong analytical skills with hands-on experience extracting and interpreting data using Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.) and SQL.

Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and delivering results autonomously in a dynamic setting.

Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities with proven expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint; ability to distill complex insights into clear, persuasive narratives for executive audiences.

Hands-on experience in business process design, mapping, and optimization, including proficiency with tools such as Visio or Figma.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain a continuous improvement/growth mindset.

Intellectual curiosity and structured approach to problem-solving, with a track record of proposing and implementing data-driven solutions.

Fluent in written and spoken English.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in supply chain, planning, distribution, service parts, logistics, or related operations (automotive or high-tech preferred).

Familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) to complement SQL/Excel analysis.

Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP principles).

Exposure to cost-control, financial modelling, or resource allocation frameworks.
