We are seeking a multi-skilled Barista / Bartender with a passion for both specialty coffee and mixology. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is highly versatile, service-focused, and comfortable working across coffee service, cocktail preparation, and guest-facing floor support when required.
The Barista / Bartender will contribute to creating a refined guest experience aligned with Rosewood’s standards of luxury, warm hospitality, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and brand standards
*
Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to all guests at the bar and dining areas
*
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including equipment, glassware, and workstations
*
Ensure responsible alcohol service and comply with all local liquor laws and regulations
*
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation and replenishment
*
Collaborate with service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
*
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
Qualifications & Skills
*
Previous bartending experience preferred (hotel or all day dining experience is a plus)
*
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and basic mixology
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
*
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
*
Positive attitude with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction
*
Certification in responsible alcohol service (or willingness to obtain)
