You'll make impact by:
Lead vertical sales and business development

Drive systems and solutions sales for Power Generation & Distribution customers across EU/UK and global focus regions.

Define and execute winning strategies for named accounts and key projects.

Lead the full sales cycle—from RFQ analysis to contract signature.
Shape global customer and market strategy

Collaborate with Global Account Managers and regional sales teams worldwide.

Identify market needs and feed insights to product management and portfolio owners.

Build and coordinate global capture teams, bringing together regions, competence centers, and HQ stakeholders.
Win complex, high-value projects

Develop smart business models and guide regions in choosing the right approach.

Oversee milestone management, cost calculations, LOA processes, and project reviews.

Track large opportunities and drive standardization and transparency across regions.
This role places you at the center of our global Power Generation & Distribution business, with direct visibility at Headquarters in Erlangen and strong influence on our worldwide growth.
What you'll bring
This is a role for an experienced, technically credible sales leader.
We consider it a hard requirement that you bring in depth technical knowledge of electrical power systems.
Must-have qualifications

A diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering.

10+ years of professional experience in technical environments.

Several years in technical sales, ideally within Siemens or other major industry players.

Proven experience working with EPCs, M&E contractors, and power generation customers.

Deep expertise in:

Low Voltage & Medium Voltage systems

E House solutions
-
Energy automation / IoT solutions

Strong knowledge of proposal processes, negotiation techniques, and project models.

Fluent in English; Dutch or German or other languages are a bonus.

What we offer

This fulltime position offers a monthly gross salary within the range of €7,000 to €8,650, depending on experience and qualifications. Furthermore, there is a Sales Incentive Plan and Benefits Budget.
