n this role, you will work closely with project management, production, and engineering teams, ensuring that all technical designs meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and project objectives. You’ll also collaborate with external naval architecture partners to deliver practical and buildable design solutions.

ey Responsibilities
S
- upport the development and verification of naval architecture designs and calculations.
E- nsure technical consistency and compliance with class and flag requirements.
C- ollaborate with external naval architecture partners and coordinate design deliverables.
R- eview drawings and documentation to ensure alignment with internal and regulatory standards.
S- tay informed about relevant regulations, international codes, and classification requirements.
C- ontribute to approval processes and support communication with class societies and flag administrations.
P- articipate in weight monitoring, stability assessments, and inclining tests.
P- rovide input for docking, launching, and transport operations.
W- ork closely with internal disciplines to ensure integrated and buildable solutions.
S- hare knowledge and support colleagues in achieving high engineering standards.
R
equirements
B
- achelor’s degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related technical field.
M- inimum 3 years of experience in yachtbuilding, shipbuilding, or a comparable engineering environment.
F- amiliarity with international regulations and classification standards (experience with the REG Yacht Code is a plus).
U- nderstanding of production processes and shipyard practices.
S- trong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
A- ble to work both independently and as part of a collaborative project team.
E- xcellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
B- ased in the Netherlands. You are able to travel to the locations in Haarlem or Amsterdam.
