The Role
We are seeking an experienced International Sales Representative to spearhead our commercial growth and distribution across major European and World markets.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our market penetration, presenting both our high-quality fresh and processed product lines to major retail buyers and distributors.
What You Will Sell:
Fresh Produce: Premium Sicilian oranges, clementines, and lemons.
Gourmet Processed Citrus Products: Artisanal citrus marmalades, savory creams, snacks, candied fruits, premium candies, and craft spirits.
Key Responsibilities & Objectives:
Expand Distribution: Actively increase our distribution coverage and commercial capillarity across European and World markets.
Target the Mass Retail Sector (GDO): Open new doors and significantly grow our market share and presence within large-scale organized distribution (Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, and international retail chains).
Drive Revenue: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiating to closing deals and managing ongoing B2B client relationships.
Brand Representation: Travel to and actively participate in major international trade fairs for fresh agricultural produce and gourmet foods, acting as the face of Arance Speciale.
Your Profile:
Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales and commercial business development, ideally within the Food & Beverage, FMCG, or Fresh Produce sectors.
International Mindset: Deep understanding of the European and World retail landscape, with an established network in the GDO sector being a strong advantage.
Language Skills: Excellent, professional-level English is strictly required. (Additional fluency in other languages is highly advantageous).
Flexibility: Willingness to undertake frequent international business trips. Note: Relocation to Sicily is not required; this role allows you to be based close to your professional network and work remotely part-time.
Drive: You are highly motivated, target-oriented, and possess strong negotiation and communication skills.
