About the position
This full-time position is based in Amsterdam and requires traveling to various Mindspace sites in Amsterdam and Utrecht and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.
Your Sales Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for expanding and deepening our relationships with existing clients, as well as successfully converting new leads.

Owning all aspects of the pre-sales and sales of our spaces, as well as customer success, retention, and upsell, you’ll play a key role in our sales efforts through the qualification of leads and deal-closing.

Qualify SMB leads - convert them to tours and closed deals (inbound & outbound)

Provide a suitable proposal offer, based on Mindspace guidelines

Follow up with the customer, maintaining a consistent, open channel
Your Customer Experience Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining a strong community via networking and events

Engaging, growing and nurturing the Mindspace community; keeping things fresh and interesting

Creating an inclusive environment that fosters collaboration and creativity — both internally and externally
-
Maintaining ongoing communication with operation and maintenance teams to ensure that all processes run smoothly

Being the point of contact for your members and solving all member-related issues

Strong oral and written communication skills both in Dutch and English
