Hostelle Amsterdam is Europe's first women-only hostel.

What you'll do
As Assistant Manager, you'll support the daily operation of the hostel and help create an unforgettable experience for both guests and volunteers.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the daily hostel operation
- Guiding and motivating our international volunteer team
- Helping reception run smoothly during busy shifts
- Assisting the Hostel Manager with daily operations
- Creating fun TikTok & Instagram content
- Helping solve operational challenges
- Maintaining a welcoming, organised and positive environment
- Working two reception shifts each week to understand the day-to-day flow of the hostel.
- Giving feedback, setting clear expectations and helping volunteers develop

Hospitality experience is a plus, but your personality, communication skills and leadership potential are more important than years of experience.
